Anything and everything Barnhart.
If you're a Barnhart, know a Barnhart, knew a Barnhart, heard of a Barnhart, married a Barnhart, or smelt a Barnhart this is the place for you.
"I don't know where he is Mom. Fletcher said if we gave him the baby's blanket, left the door open and looked out the window- he would fly across the yard with the blanket around his neck like a cape."
Very good, Anonymous. You get bonus credit for the most creative (and only) presentation of the true answer - they were all watching a rabbit. Except Fletcher, who was watching everyone else and wishing that he were watching a rabbit.
Now I know what is going on. Fletcher is saying "The world is turned upside down, they are watching a rabbit that I should be chasing and I am playing 'baby' wrapped in a blanket. Woe is me!

"Look, Mom, it snowed last night!"
"No, girls. Daddy is the only one who's allowed to do wheelies in the front yard on his motorcycle."
Fletcher- "I just put on a skirt and you're STILL not paying attention to me!"
"And if you look closely, children, you can see the firehouse in Houghton. And in the upper window of the firehouse is Pickles the firecat."
Ben is the winner, though Dad is a close second. Thank you all for the fine contributions.
I would like to contest the results. Please put me in contact with the contest oversight committee.
I am honored to accept this award on behalf of Pickles, and firecats everywhere. They provide an invaluable service to their communities.
And now, I think we're all ready to learn what was actually going on in this photo. Was it a timed family shot that went awry?
Here comes Peter Cottontail,
Hoppin' cross the Barnhart trail,
Hippity hoppin', Peter's on his way.
Bringin' every girl and boy,
To the window to enjoy,
Watchin' him nibble, 'fore he hops away!
