I saw this picture again the other day (it's from back in 2005), and was
reminded of how much I love it. Now you all can love it too.
Did anyone else pick up on the cool symmetry in this photo? Besides the birthday candles, the stripes on Daniel and David's shirt sleeves make a sort of continuous swoosh. Maybe that's the contrails of the fart transfer.
Indeed, Steve. Fart transfers are a subset of the string theory/supersymmetry field. Highly learned men of fart-supersymmetry such as Daniel and I have instinctively known of these subtler techniques since a young age.
This could be one of those "look at this when you need to feel better" pictures. Like the cute ones of puppies and babies and butterflies. I think we should recreate this soon...May is coming up!!

Vintage David expression (trick up his sleeve) and classic Daniel, growing up! Anybody remember what was so funny? Great picture, Ben!
Thanks, Mom. I don't remember what the joke was, just that David kept egging Daniel on. You're right—both of their expressions are pretty classic.
Great picture, why is there a food processor on the floor in the kitchen?
I'm surprised they didn't drop the cake!
Haha! This is pretty funny. How time flies!
I believe I was transferring a fart via handshake. A highly-charged energy transfer, it's much like an electric shock but more pleasurable.
Only you could come up with that, David! From the look on Daniel's face, it was extra highly-charged!
