In the first picture, you can see the fuel lines from the fuel sending unit that came off the old tank. They said," We have never leaked before, just put us on the new tank and every thing will be fine" But I said to them "You guys are 13 years old and everyone knows how teenagers lie, your outta there!". So I replaced the fuel lines too. In the next picture you will see the new fuel tank all snug and happy under the car. In the last picture you will see a proud car, no longer ashamed of leaking gas on driveways and parking lots. And also happy because I just changed it's oil too.

I don't know what you're talking about...you certainly can't be referring to your own precious children??
OK, I got the pictures in the wrong order. And what in the world is Janell doing looking at our blog and commenting on it? And what does she mean?
Oh, I get it, Janell was talking about the teenagers lying, something she had a lot of experience with I'm sure.
Like I said, I don't know what you could be referring to, but I'm sure I don't have any experience with it. And what do you mean "our blog"?!? I guess Andy posting is out of the question. Too bad , I'm sure he has unending insights and deep wisdom to share.
I'm sure he has some insights and some wisdom, but compared to the Barnhart intellect, is it even necessary for him to try to add anything to perfection?
You know, i've been thinking, that was an unkind comment up above, I think Andy really is smart enough to join the exclusive ranks of "our blog". It's just the girls in this family that don't quite measure up intellectually. Perhaps there should be some type of IQ test given before allowing participation by the girls. And since IQ tests don't measure practical intelligence, maybe we should also examine something very practical like say driving records? Maybe anyone with more than 1 at-fault driving accident during the past year shouldn't be trusted to comment on such an exclusive blog.
YAY DAD!!! thanks for fixing my car :-) And by the way, when did my car parts start talking? Because I don't remember hearing them.....
only highly trained professional mechanical engineers can hear the words of machines. To the untrained ear it is just sounds like machine noise. by the way, your computer just said it hated you.
The roads were slippery I tell you! No one could have stopped under those conditions - even if they hadn't been talking on their cell phone and sipping coffee while driving...
